Hi there! Welcome to Holistic Healing with Jess. I am so excited that you’re here. This work has been pivotal in my own life, and I am deeply honored to share it with others. Here is a little about my story…
For as long as I can remember, anxiety was a constant companion. I was a perfectionist, terrified of making mistakes, and worried about how others perceived me. I avoided conflict at all costs and lacked healthy boundaries. My self-worth became tied to keeping others happy, a pattern that infiltrated every part of my life. Eventually, my body hit its breaking point, and I spent an entire year sick with respiratory illnesses. Through this work, I realized my people-pleasing was a response to my nervous system being stuck in survival mode. I had been seeking safety in others' approval—while neglecting the most important relationship of all: the one with myself.

In our fast-paced, disconnected world, it’s easy to feel like we have to face life's challenges alone. But I’m here to remind you that you deserve the support and connection that empowers you to grow, evolve, and truly thrive. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey—offering guidance as you explore your inner and outer world, examine your thoughts and emotions, and identify the patterns in your life that are calling for change. If you're longing for steadiness and resilience in both your mind and body, craving deep self-care, and seeking healing from the inside out, you’ve come to the right place.
In Holistic Healing Coaching, we will integrate behavior analysis and ACT with yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques. You will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness, embrace and understand challenging thoughts and emotions, and take purposeful action to live in alignment with your core values. You will gain the tools to build resilience and emotional regulation, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and balance. My goal is to guide you in developing a deep self-awareness, and to equip you with the skills to enhance your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
